This is a fantastic top of the line car, with all BMW's bells and whistles - currently being used on a daily basis. It is in good condition. It has the associated normal minor wear and tear from 14 years of loyal service. There are no mechanical issues and apart from the previously mentioned cosmetic issues (driver side door window power unit and headrest on driver's side rear seat) the car is perfect for what it was intended for: which is a great highway cruiser, commuter or all-around family car with a lot of life left.
