Well, it is never easy to sell something so rare and meticulously cared for but, it is time for our family to let her go to a new home. The background: our 2004 Excursion was previously owned by a local surgeon. A wealthy man whom had a ranch out in South Dakota. And, he and his wife used this Excursion for the explicit purpose to make the drive to South Dakota. And then back. Twice annually. Once back, it stayed in the garage. As crazy as this may sound, it is the truth. We have known this family for years and when he decided to put her up for sale, he let us know and we jumped right on it. It is unlike any other Excursion we have ever seen and know full well the amazing care and over site it had under his ownership. No expense was ever spared. The exterior is near flawless - save just a few delicate scuffs and minor scratches. The plastic wind deflector at drivers door window recently cracked - easy fix I would imagine. Thats it. I would objectively rate the exterior a 9. The interior, is flawless. Not one spot. Not one stain. Not one odor of smoke. Not one rip or tear. Nothing. Looks new. Objectively, I would rate it a 9.75. She drives like a sewing machine. There is not one thing wrong with her. Everything, and I mean everything, operates and functions as it should. Whoever gets this 2004 Ford Excursion, will have a virtually near new car with years and years of life left in her. I would put it up against any other in the country in terms of condition and miles. Its unparalleled. You wont be disappointed...
