Attention!! do not bid on this if you do not intend on coming to at-least see the car!!!! Second this car is for sale in the US only as listed last two times it has sold one guy never responded second was from Mexico and couldn't import it.... why did you bid on a car you couldn't import not to mention its listed for sale in the United States ONLY! excuse my frustration but this is the 3rd listing 2 sales not one person has come to see it... Summary: I originally bought this CRX simply for a work car I have put a lot of money into getting the car to be very reliable as that was the primary purpose of this car. I know looking at the car it looks as though someone's RICE-ING it out due to the polyurethane bumpers, Cold Air Intake, EBay Coil Overs and etc etc. So the Story goes... I bought the car from some kids in Belleview it had springs on it that were for the wrong car, electrical issues, and burnt plugs, and no driver's window..... I've spent all my time repairing these issues New plugs new wires, new coil overs (cheaper than factory springs) New bumpers as prior ones were in rough shape, and completely redone electrical. I also removed and cleaned / replaced the entire interior due to the missing window. Engine: when I purchased the car I began doing research as I have a degree in Automotive Diagnostics and High Performance Engines and wanted to know the facts I found the year 1990 Honda CRX's Base model come with a 16-valve 1495 cc "D15B2" engine and Dual-Point Fuel Injection (DPFI), This car has that D15B2 Engine Block which leads me to believe the mileage is correct on the odometer which is 182K btw. THATS ALL IT HAS.... is the original engine block. The car no longer has the Dual Point Fuel Injection DPFI it now has Multi Port Fuel Injection off of a newer or higher model Honda. It also has an ECU from a 92-95 Civic. Strange but after looking it up on the net I've found a lot of people do this conversion to gain Horse Power as you're going from 2 fuel injectors to 4 and it also upgrades the intake manifold and the ECU. I don't believe the person I purchased the car from did this modification and I know I didn't so someone prior knew what they were doing because after fixing the electrical issues the car now runs great with NO Engine Light and no Codes. Pros 1. Very Reliable Car 2. New Plugs, Wires 3. New EBay Coil Overs (only added coil over because previous owner had cut springs) 4. Great Gas Mileage 37mpg no BS 5. New Drivers Window 6. New Front and Rear Polyurethane Bumpers... not the cheap fiberglass crud... these won't break! the paint just chips if you hit the parking stub or put it on a car dolly (as seen in pic) 7. Free Test Drive Available 8. No Leaks 9. New 2014 Battery 10. New Valve Cover gasket 11. Aftermarket Rims replaced steelies 12. Full size and mini spare tires on rim included. Cons 1. Body Needs Paint and is missing a few trim pieces (almost no rust) 2. Right CV shaft clicks 3. Passenger door missing window knob / misc interior pieces. 4. Car has no AC I don’t believe it ever did. Thanks for your interest VIDEO OF CAR STARTING http://youtu.be/dmDqGYRg15I The light on the cluster is the seatbelt light someone asked if it was the engine light it’s not.. Seat belt light stays on (not that I would think anyone cares but it does stay on) That's water in the pictures it was dusty. If it leaked it wouldn't be in my driveway :)
