1962 VW Bus that's been made into a camper. The camper conversion work was done by a previous owner. It runs and drives fine, it's fun, brings smiles to everyone who sees it, but I need to let her go. ***This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION*** Please ask questions, but only bid if you're a serious buyer. More info: 12/10/14. Who ever did the camper conversion and repaint of this bus obviously loved it and put a ton of time into it. It doesn't appear to have any major rust. The frame looks solid. The doors and windows have typical rust, but nothing major. There are spots where Bondo is failing or has failed. There is a whole box of new window and door rubber that comes with the bus. The transmission works fine in all gears. The brakes work fine. Tires hold air, but are worn out. The engine runs well. I don't know if it's been rebuilt or not, but it's safe to say that it's not the original. Some of the not so good things that have been done: wheel wells have but cut, the roof had a square hole cut in it for an RV vent and the dash has be cut and upholstered. I'll try to add more photos.
