That being said, the car was re-purchased by Mercedes, and fixed. A car can be considered a lemon for many reasons, even one as extremely minor as having the "Check Engine" light being turned on coming on repeatedly as this might have had. Since having the car, I have absolutely not had any issues with it mechnically, and it runs Superb. I am offering a great deal on this car.
