The car has brand new brakes, battery, oil and runs great. The motor runs smooth and it drives like it should. There are no warning lights on. Everything inside and out appear to be working properly, with the exception of the passenger window that needs to be helped along to open and close. The car feels very soild overall and appears to be well maintained. Nice driving car, great on the highway. Floats over bumps, tons of power. The body has some dings and scratches, scrapes rock chips ect. No major marks, a good detailing would remove most. It is not in showroom condition but still shows very well. Black leather interior is in very good condition, it shows some wear but overall its very clean. One small tear on the drivers seat bottom, some wear on the wheel, handles ect. Overall a very nice interior. Mileage will be slightly higher than listed. By driving my cars, alot, I'm really able to get to know the car and give a good description on the feel of the car and any quirks. Not many dealers do this. Unless otherwise written, all of our cars are sold AS IS where is with no warranty or returns/refunds.We guarantee our cars will pass NY inspection but make no guarantees for other states (every state is different) but NY is very strict with inspections so if it would pass in NY it should pass elsewhere. The cars are not detailed, so expect some dirt, superficial scratches ect. It is in used condition.. Any major marks will be listed. We describe them as honestly as possible, but there may be small items that may need attention to be perfect. We don't guarantee any warning lights, they can pop on for a # of reasons, but if one comes on we will list it. Again, I try to describe EVERY fault I can find, no matter how minor, to make sure there are no surprises when you receive the car.We retain the right to end the auction early ONLY if the car sells locally.
