You're bidding on a 1970 Mercury Cougar XR-7 351C 4V convertible project car. The car is missing almost everything, what you see in the pics are what you get. Basically just a rolling shell. The convertible top cylinder and motor and hydraulic lines were just replaced and comes with a brand new top and well liner. That alone has an over $1,100 value. The car was recently painted, but will need to be re-painted due to a lousy paint job. Car is rust free except for small pinholes in the right lower quarter panel and surface rust in the front floor pan. The hood has holes in it where a factory hood scoop had been installed. Originally, car came with crank windows, but the last owner converted to power windows. I have included a picture of the Marti report so you can see what options the car came with.
