NON SMOKER CAR Car is missing one small piece of trim (see photo) Car has a minor small rust spot starting on the outer rear rocker, not structural, can not be seen with the door closed, still very soild. Typical light subaru rust. Nothing major, but its there. I AM CURRENTLY USING THIS CAR AS MY DAILY DRIVER. MILEAGE WILL BE SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN LISTED. By driving my cars, alot, I'm really able to get to know the car and give a good description on the feel of the car and any quirks. Not many dealers do this. The cars are not detailed, so expect some dirt, superficial scratches ect. It is in used conditon. Any major marks will be listed. We describe them as honestly as possible, but there may be small items that may need attention to be perfect. We don't guarantee any warning lights, they can pop on for a # of reasons, but if one comes on we will list it. Again, I try to describe EVERY fault I can find, no matter how minor, to make sure there are no surprises when you receive the car.We retain the right to end the auction early ONLY if the car sells locally. It is available for sale on our lot and various other sites. If it sells cheap, I will honor the price it brings on ebay. All buyers must pay an additional $75 on top of the bid price. NY buyers are also required to pay tax and $37 inspection fee. No exceptions $100 deposit is due via paypal within 24 hours. By bidding you are entering into a legal contract to buy the car. I pursue all non paying bidders for a multitude of fees, so only bid if you're ready to buy. Full payment and pickup within 7 days of auctions end unless other arrangements are made. Storage fees begin on the 8th day. I ship cars all over the world. We use RELIABLE carriers for most of our cars, they provide a white glove treatment and enclosed trucks but they are not cheap.
