1969 Mercury 220

Great barn find project restoration for someone. Most everything appears there and in good shape. Track and running gear look hardly used. Seat has 3 holes, windshield is missing, gas cap top broken rear track tension spring broke, chrome has minor pitting and some pealing, track is dry cracked, and left side of front tub has 2 cracks. The motor is stuck, I took out spark plugs and put in some oil to help break it free. It does not run or turn over at this time. However this is common for a sled sitting since 1975.
