This ad is for a 1958 Corvette. I am selling it for a family that I am close to. The mother and father passed away and this is one of 13 cars in their estate. This car was in California previously before my friend purchased it from the original owner. This car has been in their family for a very long time. IT has been in the state of Arkansas for decades and has no rust. I have had 3 people look this car over for me and their collective statements were "What a solid car". the "Spine is in great shape" This car runs and drives great even after being in storage for some time. The paint is in good shape with several knicks and scratches but has a nice shine. I have decided to present this car in the state that we pulled it out in. It has been wiped down, new battery installed and put up for sale. The interior is in great shape and with a little cleaning will look fantastic. I do have a new (double cove) dash pad in the box that the new owner will get with the car. I beleive this car to be mostly if not all original. This car is not pristine but is a GREAT driver or a GREAT base for full restoration. I feel you could do some paint touch up, have it buffed, inside cleaned, install new dash pad, change oil and perform small maintenance items and have a wonderful car to enjoy for many years well below its true financial value. I apologize for the overall descirption to be rather vague but I do not want to misrepresent anything on this car. I do not claim to be an expert on vintage corvettes. I do not own this car and do not know everything about it. IT does not have a soft top, someone stated oil cap, an engine mount and the water pump were not original how by the pictures not sure. I want to be clear things about this car may or may not be original. AS i look at the car it appears mostly original, again not claiming ANY expertise. Some have communicated their vintage corvette knowledge challenging me to mine. I am not a corvette expert so no need to call me and challenge that.
