The rear bumper has scrapes and minor damage (looks like a parking lot touch, possibly with a tow hitch) The rear fender lips have the typical subaru rust bubbles starting. See photos. There is also a small spot of the outer rocker that looks like rust was repaired. Can't be seen with the door shut (drivers rear door). Most people would overlook it, but its there. This is all typical subaru rust and is no way structural and does not effect the way it drives. Other than that its just your usual scratches and rock chips. See photos. I make it sound worse than it is. mechanicals - I've put almost 1000 miles on this car since I bought it. Highway and local driving. Its a good safe reliable car but its not perfect. The only thing is noticed is an occasional noise from what I believe is one of the rear shocks. It makes no difference on how the car drives. The car may need an alignment, as the tires were recently replaced. Nothing else jumps out at me as far as potential problems, but take note that I may need some work to be perfect, but not to drive everyday. Very reliable and even with the occasional low speed shock noise I would have no hesitation driving it cross country. Clutch is newer and does not slip at all. Battery is new. Heat is hot. Interior - very clean tan cloth, maybe one cigarette burn. No smells or stains. Heated seats and heated winshield work. All power accessories and windows work as well. Weatherband radio is a very cool option as is the heated winshield (not a defroster, a heater to unfreeze wipers....all cars should have this.) GREAT ON GAS. VERY FUN WITH THE 5 SPEED. HANDLES GREAT IN ANY WEATHER. Mileage may be slightly higher as I am driving the car whenever possible. BID WITH CONFIDENCE. We describe them as honestly as possible, but there may be small items that may need attention to be perfect. We don't guarantee any warning lights, they can pop on for a # of reasons, but if one comes on we will list it. We retain the right to end the auction early ONLY if the car sells locally. If it sells cheap, I will honor the price it brings on ebay. All buyers must pay an additional $75 on top of the bid price. NY buyers are also required to pay tax and $37 inspection fee. No exceptions $300 deposit is due via paypal within 24 hours. By bidding you are entering into a legal contract to buy the car. I pursue all non paying bidders for a multitude of fees, so only bid if you're ready to buy. Full payment and pickup within 7 days of auctions end unless other arrangements are made.
