Up for auction is my 1953 Packard 7- passenger Limousine ,build by Henney. It features a stright 8 with manual transmission. The car has no power options as always ordered by US goverment. There is a lot of historty included showing this car spending all its life in the Washington , DC area. The car has been restored app. 8-10 years ago..has tremendous low miles showing 53000 miles..all interior is original untouched and in very nice consdtion without abuse or poor repair. Only the drivers seat shows on the back a small imperfection which can be easily redone. Technical wise the car is a joy to drive..it is very straight on the street,all frontsuspending has been redone and so it is stiff and controlled in any situation. The chrome is original and nice with shine..all stainless trim without dents or scratches. In the front it has red flashing lights for parade use from the factory. The underside of the car is clean,showing no repair or any amount of rust. On the front fenders flags can be mounted fpr parade us. US flags to use are included in the deal,even they are not original ones. It wears Packard wire wheels ,which make the huge car it bit more "sporty" on new White Wall tyres. All in all a car which can be used immediatly without repair or service. All fluids have been changed on service in my workshop. The car is located in Germany,has US title and European paperwork. Traqnsport in the US can be arranged at 1600.- USD to any major ports like NYC, Baltimore, Miami,Houston, LA or San Francisco. Any questions gladly answered.
