Day time walk around Night time walk around This is a 1937 Chevy Rat Rod with a clear title. It's a tone of fun, and you wouldn't believe to attention it gets from all walks of life. It's channeled roughly 5 inches and chopped 3 1/2. It has a FULLY REBUILT PONTIAC 400 MOTOR with ONLY 128 MILES, and a turbo 350 transmission. The motor is still in the break in stage and has all the fun bells and whistles. Motor is bored 30 over with a mild camHydraulic liftersRoller rockersRocker stud girdleNew Valves and SpringsEdelbrock aluminum high compression headsNew Edelbrock Performer IntakeNew Edelbrock 750 CarbNew Accel HEI Distributor and CoilNew Aluminum Valve Covers and Hood Scoop to matchNew Water PumpNew alternator The wheels are powder coated Chevy Sea Foam Green and they look great in the light. The dash is Powder Coated an off White with ALL NEW GAUGES AND SWITCHES. The bed of this pickup is one of my favorite aspects. Underneath the wood is a cooler, toolbox and LED lights That light up when its open and turn off when closed. After you pull the hitch pins the wood will automatically lift up with a gas shock. The seat has a custom seat cover and only 6 months old. Its sitting on a S-10 frame with disk breaks up front and drum in the rear Chevy 10 bolt rear end It runs and drives great. The only issue is that the headers are close to the starter and during the summer time is needs a couple minutes for the starter to cool down before it will start again. It seems like the battery is dead, but that is not the issue, it's just a hot starter. The best and easiest fix is to just install exhaust manifolds with a rear dump instead of a mid dump. This website has the perfect ones to eliminate the problem. yearone.com/Catalog/1967-81-firebird/exhaust/manifolds Please feel free to call with any questions between the times of 8am-9pm Central Standard time.
