1980 Austin Mini 1000 for sale. The car runs and drives excellently, just spent over 300 dollars on the engine. The car needs a choke cable as it does not have one currently. However the car will still start up every time just takes 2-3 turns. The car does need some work as the pictures show. The drivers side floor pan has some holes in it that need to be replaced. The rest of the floor is solid. There is some surface rust around the exterior of the car in particular under the right rear window and around the perimeter of the roof. Inside, the top of the rear seat needs a new cover as it has a large rip in it. The car could also use a full paint job as only the front has really been painted (not very well). The car would make a great winter project. All that being said the car just passed inspection and could be easily driven everyday without any work. It is a car that I use almost everyday it is not raining and gets numerous smiles and head turns.
