The body is factory straight and rust free (but paint is not perfect..it's 50 years old!!) The paint has a patina that adds to the look...there is some hood color and a few splotches perhaps where something dripped on it. A couple of small touch up paint dabs, trim around rear side windows had spots...I personally would not touch the exterior except to occasionally wash.
