HARD TO FIND 1972 Monte Carlo with 92,998 original miles. This Monte has been sitting a couple of years. I was going to restore the car. not going to happen. I drive truck and Im gone all the time There is a small spot in the lower drivers front fender with rust through the fender and a spot in the trunk. both spots are about the size of a silver dollar . easy fixes, see the last three picks. all the quarters ,doors and flood boards are solid medal and strate except for what is shown. Body lines are strate the car was white it was repainted when they took off vinyl top off the car. but it looks like it was a cheep earl shibe paint job and will have to be redone. the glass headliner. door panels and back panels are in good shape for a car that's 42 years old . the front and rear seat needs to be recovered and there is new reupholstery from year one. Its not that cheep stuff for the front and back seat and also head rest that comes with the car. there is new insulation that goes under the hood and a new trunk mat for the trunk.This is a factory a/c car and the the ac compressor is in the trunk. The chrome is in good shape and looks like its all there. The lower chrome that runs the bottom of the panels is inside the car. The grill is cracked and you guessed it I have a replacement. this 402 is the original motor that came with the car. and it sounds wicked .it has massive power !! They will definitelyknow its a big block. under the hood when you pull up to a stop light!!! it has the original rally rims with the center caps and rings a posse track rear end and double exhaust. a $400.00 eddlebrock carb under the hood . the gas will need to be drained. to make it drivable I didn't want to mess the carb up so I disconnected the fuel line and set up a fuel pump to the carb to make shure it still ran good .it turns over 3 to 4 times and starts up The car has power steering and power brakes. looking here on ebay these big block Monte's are bringing $17,000 when there done.. If the car sells ill get the tank drained and sealed..in one of pick that has the seat in it it looks like its full of trash.. its not trash in the seat its the new upholstery for the front and back seat from year one still in raping from the warehouse please call me if you want to know any thing more .thanks for looking chuck. 479-856-3357 P/S the winner of this car wont be sorry they bid on it.!!!!!!!!!!!
