Vehicle Detail
Please read the entire description as it will answer most question you may have, This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. This vehicle needs a good detailing. The lender has not done any clean up so that potential buyer can observe the car as is without any cover up. TITLE NOTE: Title has the following statement on it: THIS TITLE WAS ISSUED ON THE BASIS OF A SURETY BOND AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO UNDISCLOSED LIENS, SECURITY INTEREST, SALVAGE ODOMETER READING DISCREPANCY OR OTHER CONDITIONS. This means somewhere along the title line something occurred with ownership or title status. It was prior to the current lender or owner having vehicle. Lender has no idea why this is on the title. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL TAG OFFICE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS. Motor: The mileage is 147899. The lender replaced the upper and lower thermostat housing and thermostat. The radiator cap is missing. Not sure if prior owner or mechanic misplaced. The prior owner had started the repair. The motor runs good and has good power. I did not drive far due to radiator cap missing. Car does not run hot after the repair. Transmission: Transmission shifts fine. Body: The body is in good shape. The car has been painted. It was not a high dollar paint job but appears to have been an economy paint job. Reason I say is they sprayed the back hatch lock which a higher quality paint job would not have done. They paint job does cause the vehicle to look better than most of this year model. The body is free from any significant dents etc. Above average for the year. The hood latch is broke. It latches but the hood will pull up like it would when you pop the hood from the inside. I drove the car but did not push it as I did not want the hood to potentially pop up. You can drive the car home if you want to tie it off for security or trust the pop up latch. There is no damage to the hood just the latch. I took picture so hopefully you can get an idea of what I am trying to explain. The back doors will not open from inside or out. It appears to be something in the locking mechanism. Interior: The interior needs a good detailing. The driver seat leather is in bad shape. There are cracks in the back seat. The plastic speaker covers are broke. Carpet is dirty. Power options: A/C blows cold. Power windows work. Power locks click but see above notes on back door. Tires: 3 good tires. One tire has some wear on outer tread. Brakes: The brake seem to be fine. THIS AUCTION DOES NOT HAVE A BUY IT NOW PRICE. IT WILL RUN TO END. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. If you have additional questions feel free to ask. Bidders with less than a three positive feedback must contact me before bidding or be subject to having your bid canceled. The vehicle is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. This is a used vehicle and as such buyer should anticipate normal wear and the potential for repairs. The seller has made a best effort at disclosing all that I know or observed about the vehicle. If something is not specifically stated, is important to you, or you are not sure please contact me for clarification. A winning bidder notice will be sent to the winning bidder at the end of the auction. If you have Questions please call Lee at (478) 923-0291 between 9AM -5PM Monday thru Friday.
