CLASSIC 1982 BMW E28RUST FREE GA CARM5 CLONE/BBS/SHADOW LINENEW BELTS/HOSES/FLUIDS ETC. NO RESERVE PLENTY OF PICTURES CAN BE SEEN HERE: http://s336.photobucket.com/user/wforee/library/Mobile%20Uploads/2014-09?sort=3&page=1# You are looking at my early e28 that has been cosmetically updated/enhanced. If you are looking for a rust free southern BMW you have found it. For a 32 year old BMW you will be hard pressed to find a more solid example. This 5 series is at the stage of going several different ways, you can keep it stock or build one heck of a solid street car. I originally bought this car to use for parts for my M5 because the body on this one is one of the best I have seen. After driving the car and fixing some of the mechanical bits I have decided to pass it on as this can be a great car for someone no matter which avenue they choose. The outside of the car has been repainted sometime in the past, I would guess within the last 5 years. These early cars do not have factory VIN tags on individual panels as the later cars, but every panel seems to line up as it should. I you have had an early BMW you know that when you close the doors that they have a particular sound when they close, these shut perfectly the first time, every time. The exterior trim as well as the painted bumpers have been redone to replicate the M5's appearance. The front and rear spoilers resemble the M5 but these I believe are made by either BBS or Zender, I like it better then the factory M5/is parts but that's just me. The bumpers have been painted like an M5 and tucked for that euro look. Painted 16" BBS wheels from an e39 complement the stance. The inside is dated as with every e28 and these earlier ones even more so. Not too much on the inside as far as technology, aftermarket radio and that's about it, nice and simple which means not too much to repair! The windows and sunroof work, all of the doors open and shut as they should, the glove box functions as it should etc. many of your usual suspects are in working order. This is a very solid car ready to go either way as far as a driver or a start to a really nice restored classic. As with many of these cars the odometer is inop so I cannot guarantee the miles. Please ask any and all questions you may have. I am human and may have missed something. Of course this 32 year old car is sold as is. In the state of GA they do not require a title for a vehicle over 25 years old so this one is sold on a bill of sale. If you are in a state where they require a title you will have no problem with my bill of sale being able to be transferred in your state. I am running a 5 day NO RESERVE auction, payment is to be made within 3 days of auction close. If you are unable to do that then do not bid. I accept cash or wire transfer only. If you need the BMW shipped I will be happy to assist you in the process. Figure from GA to California-$975, GA to Chicago $425, GA to Dallas $575. This should give you a base line. Again, please ask questions if you have them. Good luck. Here is the VIN # WBADK8306C7966402 I HAVE A CLEAN CARFAX REPORT AVAILABLE IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
