1973 space duster, I just bought this car from a drunk guy. I'm not really a chrysler guy but this is a pretty cool car. Someone has restored this car at some point, and done a pretty decent job. The guy I bought it from was definitely not that guy, so my info is limited. I replaced the pickup coil in his back yard and it fired right up, starts easy definitely been rebuilt, no smoke, smooth idle, no leaks, flowmaster exhaust. The 4 speed is definitely original, shifts good. Brakes are good with disks up front, Power steering is good, a little loose. Interior is good with a tear in the driver seat, all the original fold down rear seat is there and in good condition. Floorboards are solid the trunk is solid, quarters are solid, passenger rocker has some bubbles under the paint and the trim is missing. If the trim was there you probably wouldn't even notice. Vinyl roof is good, has some wiring issues, the head lights don't work. missing the vent controls in the dash. The car is not perfect, but they are almost always not. However it is a great running driving starting point for a really easy clean cool cruiser. 3 things to add, the car had been running and driving up until the pickup coil went out. I bought the car cheap [thank you natural light] so I'm not trying to retire off of it reserve is very reasonable!
