PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. This 1994 S10 Blazer Tahoe LT is in pretty decent shape, but is best suited for someone who is able to do their own mechanical work. It has the 1992-1995 4.3L Vortec fuel injector, located under the intake plenum, and which is known to need replacement from time time. I have replaced it several times in the 8 years I have owned it, most recently just over a month ago. It starts and runs EX, but be aware that it most likely will need replacement within a year or maybe less, depending on miles. One of the pics shows the fuel injection unit with the plenum removed. Warning symptoms include hesitating, surging, stalling, hard restarts. Having said that, I have otherwise been very satisfied with this vehicle. The 4L60E trans shifts perfectly. Leather seats. The drivers side is worn but is comfortable and the 6 way pwr adj works. Both buckets have adj. pwr lumbar. Lighted vanity mirrors, courtesy lights on rear view mirror and overhead console all work. rear glass wiper-washer works. Tilt wheel. Fold-down rear seat. Pwr windows all work. Drivers outside mirror remote not working but adj manually. Pass. outside mirror remote works in all directions. Drivers door lock only works that door, but the switch just below it works all the other door locks. Keyless remote quit working, maybe reprogram? Radio was working, but pwr switch wore out. The fluorescent glow dash gauges quit working. YouTube videos show how to fix it. The digital speedometer, odometer, trip odometer, and all the dash warning lights are separate from that unit and all work. I installed Autometer fuel and water temp gauges and they work perfectly. I rarely use cruise control but it worked perfectly last time I used it. The AC works. On the hottest summer days it takes a little while to cool the whole interior. It was converted to R134 and with a new compressor, etc. I installed a 10" Flex-A-lite elec aux fan with adj thermostat control. The ABS doesn't pulsate, but the power brakes work fine. This vehicle passed MO state safety inspection in August and is valid until October 11. The tires are very good. The rear set only has 7,000 miles. The front set about 30,000. The spare holds air. The 4WD works perfectly in both 4HI and 4LO, operated by the factory dash mounted rocker switch. This Blazer was awesome last winter, which was a bad one. Got me to work and back every day. The rear tires were new in Springtime and haven't even seen snow yet. There has been some body work to the lower rocker panels and door bottoms, but the vehicle is solid and sturdy. I never "off-roaded" it. There is a touched up scratch on the right side. I have always done regular oil changes, using only Mobil 1 oil and filters and have changed the trans fluid and filter several times. The owners manual is in the glove box. A lot of good stuff here, but because of the fuel injection issue, it is sold "AS-IS". PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE and realize this vehicle is probably not for someone who doesn't work on their own vehicles. If interested, check below at a list of all major maintainence done. Year 2011 - new front hubs and halfshafts, PS press hose, Moog upper right ball joint, Gates belt tensioner pulley, 2 new BF Goodrich AT 235/75-15. Year 2009, 2010 - New windshield, Transfer case motor, heater core and hoses, Moog left upper and right lower ball joints, 4wd vacuum actuator Year 2007,2008 - new radiator, hood release assembly, rear axle bearings and seals, Moog left upper A frame bushings, Moog left lower ball joint, brake booster, turn signal switch.
