You are bidding on a used 1985 BMW K100RS. It has a clear Michigan title. Two removable hard case saddlebags included along with owners manual and rider manual. Odometer IS NOT CORRECT, and speedometer does not work. Common on the early K100s. The high beam and low beam do not work consistently. When the front brake is engaged the brake light does not work but the rear does work. All other electrics horn, signals, tachometer, gear indicator, hi/low beam indicator, fuel gauge, all work fine. The bike reads 48,287 miles but I have recorded in the manual the added miles. 1,044 miles on the bike since odometer stopped. The previous owner was short and dropped the bike at zero state stops (in garage and stop signs at 0mph). All cracks have been repaired. Gas tank has small paint spot missing (covered in electrical tape so the paint doesn't peel anymore). Front brake resvior had slow leak around resvoir square but gorilla glue has fixed that just fine. Engine sounds great. Shifts very smooth. Idles warm around 900-1000rpm. Choke works great.
