Vehicle Detail

I have had this bike for about 4 years and have put less than 500 miles on it. It needs someone to ride it and give it the attention it deserves. I listed it as black but it is a real dark metallic blue. The carbs have been disassembed, cleaned, and synced. Also brand new timing belts. This bike has pointless ignition. The previous owner had many of the parts powder coated black, such as the fenders, valve covers, oil filter cover and heat shields over the exhaust. The tires are like brand new. It starts easily but takes a while to warm up. All of the lights including the horn and all of the gages work. It has new oil and coolant. It presently has a non-operational registration from the DMV. I haven't riden this bike very much. It has spent most of it's time in the garage. If you want to see a video of this bike running, go to YouTube and search for..."dbmcd goldwing" It is being sold "AS IS"...THANK YOU. On Sep-25-14 at 10:49:06 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: In the interest of providing a fair and honest description, I have noticed oil drip from the right side under the cylinder and behind the exhaust flange. It drips after the bike warms up, about one drop every 10 minutes. Not really a problem except it drips on the exhaust pipe. I have been starting the bike every few days and it starts easily, sounds good and is quite fast. I am trying to sell this bike and at the same time keep the buyer happy. I also don't want to rebuild it from the ground up to make it perfect. As far as shipping, I will not do much more than be at home to roll the bike down the driveway for pickup. I have never riden it more than about a half an hour and less than a dozen times in 4 years and this was "in-town" driving, so it hasn't been proven to go cross country. If you plan to fly in and ride this (or any bike) back to New York, that might not be a good plan.
