Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This car has been in my family since new. It has always been garage kept, and was seldom, if ever, driven in snow. There is no rust, in fact even the exhaust system and muffler are original. The interior is in perfect shape with no tears in the leather seats. The headliner was just replaced, and sun visors recovered in matching fabric. This has always been a non-smoking car. The sound system is the original stock AC-Delco AM-FM-Cassette, with the original power antenna. The tires have a lot of tread, but may need to be replaced due to their age. The front and rear bumpers have been replaced due to minor fender benders. The hood and grille were also replaced. I actually just replaced the grille again with a brand new OE grille. There is a ding just above the trunk lock, which caused a small spot of paint to chip off, allowing the spot to rust a little. (See pictures). This is the only ding and only rust on the car. The AC is not working. The car was garaged for a few years, and the AC worked before parking it. It probably just needs a charge (and conversion to R134a). The miles are very low for the year – this was my grandfather’s car which he drove to church, the store, and to visit family. Most of the miles are highway miles since he often visited family 30 minutes away. Both original sets of keys are included, with knockouts (one set is virtually unused with the knockouts intact) plus a 3rd, more modern set with plastic grips, cut by a GM dealer. I’ve tried to include all the details – but please feel free to ask questions. I prefer not to accept offers without the prospective buyer seeing the car in person first. I’d rather negotiate ONCE, after you’ve seen the car. Of course, this is AS-IS, no warranty.
