About the buy-back title. California car that was initially purchased 09/08. Issue with the A/C that was unable to be dealt with (part availability) in an appropriate time period and the vehicle was bought back. My job at the time had me commuting about 120 miles a day (between Columbia and Florence, SC) and I was looking for a driving sedan that could handle a lot of miles in style. Mercedes was perfect (they last forever) and the car looked great. When Mercedes Benz said that the car was still under full factory warranty for the remaining warranty period (2 years), I bought the car as I saw very little risk with the title. I have not had one issue related to the A/C. I have not had any issue period. Other than regular oil changes, periodic dealer maintenance at major intervals, and tire replacement, I have not had any issues with this car. I was able to get a great deal and that is being passed on in this listing price. If you compare price car is listed, it is significantly ($3-5K) below any other 2009 model with greater than 75,000 miles. Cosmetically in great shape. Small tear in driver seat but that will be repaired prior to sale and there is a small nick on the rear bumper (see photo) that is not even as long as a dime. With all the highway miles, I had the front half of the car repainted due to stone chips. Paint job excellent & done by MB recommended painter. Reason selling – company car program is moving from an allowance to providing the vehicle. Thus I no longer need. There are a lot of miles left on this car! Car also comes with extra front and rear AMG wheels. I hate curb rash and bought extras in order to be able to replace. Extra wheels have been fully refurbished and are included with the car.
