1969 Mercedes 280SL Euro Version 2nd Owner No Reserve This car was sold new in Germany and brought to this country by a US Colonel who babied the car all of its life and sold it to me 35 years ago. Car has always been kept up and is in very nice condition. Every service record since new is in included in a 2" thick file. Everything operates as intended. Runs out strong and smooth. Paint is in nice condition. Interior is in nice original condition. No rust through. We have started the auction low with no reserve indicating our desire to sell it this week. Speedometer shows 70,000 kilometers but it started over at 0 when it hit 100,000 kilometers. Car is also advertised locally, seller reserves right to end auction early if sold.
