EM2 RESTORATIONS IS PLEASED TO PRESENT THIS 76 RANGER WE CALL "GO GREEN". THIS GEM HAS TO BE IN OUR TOP 10 OUT OF 133 SO FAR. WE BOUGHT IT IN N.E. WASHINGTON STATE BY THE CANADIAN BORDER FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF 19+ YEARS. THE RANGER WAS MIDNIGHT BLUE FROM THE FACTORY. SINCE WE HAD 3 MIDNIGHT BLUE BRONKS IN THE STABLE WE DECIDED TO DO THE "DARK IVY GREEN METALLIC". MOLLY AND I LOVE THIS COLOR ON BRONCOS. THE RANGER HAD ZERO RUST AND ONLY ONE MINOR DENT IN THE PASSENGER SIDE GRILL. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD REBUILT EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AT PROFESSIONAL SHOPS. WE HAVE THE ORIGINAL OWNER'S MANUAL AND RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING THE PO DID TO THE RANGER. WE TOOK IT APART AND HAD IT PAINTED TWO STAGE, BASE/CLEAR, ORDERED NEW EXTERIOR RANGER ACCOUTREMENTS (BODY SIDE MOULDING, MIRROR, GRILL SURROUND, GRILL LETTERS, MARKER LENSES, GLASS GASKETING, WINDSHIELD, HEADLIGHT SURROUNDS, OEM RADIO ANTENNA, AND FOUND A REMOTE DRIVER MIRROR IN GREAT SHAPE). THE FACTORY GLASS IS IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE AND THE WINDSHIELD IS NEW TINTED. WE LUBED THE WINDOW REGULATORS, ADJUSTED THE LOCKS AND INSTALLED NEW ANTI RATTLE, GUIDES, AND CHANNEL ON THE DOOR GLASS. THERE IS NO PITTING ON THE VENT CHROME. WE KEPT THE OEM WINDOW FRAME CHROME IN CASE THE NEW OWNER WANTS IT ON AND IT'S IN REMARKABLE SHAPE. WE LIKE THE FRAMES BETTER PAINTED BUT IT'S VERY EASY TO INSTALL THE CHROME PRIOR TO SHIPPING. WE WENT OVER THIS RANGER FROM STEM TO STERN. THE 3.5" LIFT AND THE FLARED FENDERS MAKE THE (5) 33-12.50r17 MUD TERRAINS FIT CORRECTLY AND THE (5) 17X9 BLACK POWDER COATED RACELINE WHEELS JUST ADD TO THE FINISHED PACKAGE. WE ALWAYS PAINT OUR FLARES BODY COLOR AND USE 10-32 STAINLESS SCREWS AND STAINLESS NYLOC NUTS TO FASTEN THE FLARES TO THE BODY. THE HARDTOP IS RHINO LINED THROUGHOUT WITH A NEW HEADLINER AND ALLOY FASTENERS. WE USED 5/16-18 ALLOY NUT SERTS FOR THE MOUNTING HOLES FOR EASE OF REMOVAL SHOULD YOU WANT A SOFT TOP. NO NEED TO REMOVE UPHOLSTERY TO CHANGE TOPS. WE ALSO MOUNT THE ROCK SKIDS WITH ALLOY NUTSERTS TO AVOID SHEET METAL SCREWS WORKING LOOSE AND WREAKING HAVOC ON THOSE PRISTINE ROCKERS. THE ROCKERS WERE PERFECT BEFORE WE INSTALLED THE ROCK SKIDS AND NERF STEPS. NO HIDDEN RUST ANY WHERE. SINCE WE REMOVED THE AUXILLIARY FUEL TANK, WE REMOVED THE FILLER NECK ASSEMBLY AS WELL AND MADE IT A ONE FILLER 24 GALLON TANK. WE LOVE THE IDEA OF NOT SWITCHING FUEL TANKS AND HAVING MORE CAPACITY TO BOOT. THE REAR SWING AWAY POWDER COATED BUMPER ASSEMBLY IS BY KEYSTONE FAB. THE RECEIVER INSERTS (OREGON DUCKS) DOES NOT GO WITH THE SALE. LOL THE FRONT BUMPER IS A PRE-RUNNER STYLE KEYSTONE BUMPER WITH A SMITTYBILT 9500# WINCH WITH MAGNETIC REMOTE. THE BUMPERS, WINCH, PRO COMP LIGHTING, AND OPTIMA RED TOP BATTERY ARE ALL BRAND NEW. THE INTERIOR IS ALL NEW AS WELL. WE RAPTOR LINED A NEAR PERFECT FLOOR PAN, INSTALLED NUT SERTS FOR THE SEAT ANCHORS, INSULATED AND THEN CARPETED THE FLOORS. THE SEATS ARE REUPHOLSTERED, THE DOOR AND QUARTER UPHOLSTERY IS NEW, THE KENWOOD DECK AND 4 SPEAKERS ARE NEW. THE DECK HAS IPOD,USB, AND PANDORA CAPABILITIES.THE SPEAKER WIRES ARE CONCEALED UNDER SOUND MAT INSULATION. THE LOCKING CENTER CONSOLE IS GREAT FOR YOUR 9MM AND RELATED HARDWARE AND IS A DECENT DRINK HOLDER AS WELL. THE ROLL BAR IS A NEW 8 POINT CUSTOM BAR WITH INTEGRATED RETRACTABLE SEAT BELT MOUNTS. WE USED NEW RETRACTABLE LAP/SHOULDER BELTS UP FRONT AND FACTORY LAPS IN THE REAR. THE DASH PAD, GAUGE BULBS, AND DASH PAINT IS NEW. THE E-BRAKE PAD IS RESHAPED TO ACCOMODATE THE ROLL BAR DOWN TUBE.WE SERVICED THE TRANS, INSTALLED A NEW NEOPRENE PAN GASKET AND SEALED THE DIPSTICK, SEALED THE OIL PAN, AND CHASED DOWN ANY ITEM WITH ISSUES BEFORE BRINGING IT OFF THE HOIST. THE FRAME RAILS WERE GROUND, PRIMED, AND PAINTED LOW GLOSS BLACK. THE FRAME IS IN AWESOME SHAPE. WE DID NOT TAKE THE BODY OFF THE FRAME....NO NEED. THE BRONK HANDLES VERY WELL, STOPS GREAT, AND REALLY LOOKS GOOD DOING IT!! IT RUNS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL WITH NO OIL LEAKS, NO SMOKE, AND NEVER MISSES A BEAT. WITH THE 3.50:1 GEARS IT SHOULD GO ANYWHERE THE LAW ALLOWS!! WE SAID IT AT THE START OF THIS AD; IT'S IN OUR TOP TEN OUT OF 133 FOR JUST PLAIN "COOL". ANYTHING WITH PRIOR ISSUES WAS REPLACED,REBUILT, OR REFURBISHED PRIOR TO THE FINAL ASSEMBLY.
