Thank you for viewing my Impala. This is a very solid example with no rust anywhere. All the panels and floors are original to the car. Held within the same family for 25 years and well maintained. Extremely nice driving car. Transmission rebuilt a few years ago and the rear end pinion seal replaced so there are no oil leaks. New valve cover gaskets, carb, all 5 tires, fluids and filters. Ready to be driven or showed. All the windows and locks work as they should. Heat and fan work well and the A/C is nice and cold. Even the original AM radio still works. Turn signals cancel, horns work, reverse lights work, all 5 interior lights operate, even the "cold" light still functions in the cluster. The only items not operating are the clock and washers. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS PERFECTLY! The car is pictured with both sets of correct hubcaps. The wire caps are NOS and I still have the original boxes. I also have a pair of painted to match fender skirts that will be included. Original 409 motor and transmission (included is a picture of the engine pad with the vin and correct "QG" code for the 409, automatic). Parking is a pleasure with power steering. Motor runs exactly as it should with no smoke, or strange noises. Transmission shifts precise and positive. An absolute pleasure to drive. The numbers on the manifolds, heads, intake, distributor all match. Very original car that has had a very nice refurbish.
