Vehicle Detail
I encourage all seriously interested parties to come and see/drive my car in person, there aren't many examples like it left. This car is in amazing condition and runs (and sounds) great. I am the 4th owner, only one of the previous owners ever raced it, although the one before me changed a few things because he'd planned to (see below). The one time it was raced it was one weekend of Autocross, and he used painters tape around the car to prevent any damage. I've had it a little over a year and have only put a little over a thousand miles on it. I baby it and only take it out with the kids to get ice cream or to give it a good run on the highway. It's always been garaged and extremely well taken care of. I'm selling it because I'm considering leaving the corporate world to buy my own business so, unfortunately, I need the cash more than a sports car right now. 2005 Lotus EliseArctic SilverBlack interior23,529 milesTouring PackStarshield(Now Removed)Leather Center ConsoleModifications(Have all stock parts save intake manifold):-Sector111 Katana Supercharger (245hp, as reliable as stock but way more fun!)-Sector111 Bootie-Sector111 Aluminum Carpet Buttons-Quicksilver Sport Exhaust-Moroso Oil Pan (6qt capacity)-LETSLA Shifter-BOE Catch Can-BOE Wheel Studs-CG Lock for driver seatbelt-RLS Small rearview mirror-Carbone Lorraine RC5+ Brake Pads-Full mesh kit installed-Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature Gauges-Heel-Toe brake pad extension-Shower Cap-BLP-1 Brake Light Pulser-Hella Horn-Indoor Fabric Cover-Optima Red-Top Battery-BWR front plate mount-Nukey-Stock exhaust midsection has been ceramic coated and wrapped with Mishimoto Titanium heat wrap to safely allow heatshield removal.-Difflow Diffuser, 5 Element Railer Jr.-Quantum Zero Coilovers Included extras:-Extra set of front steering arms milled for around total -1.5Deg camber-Braille Battery Mount-Battery Tender-Stock brake pads with 80% life-Factory center console-I printed the full workshop manual and its now in two large 3 ring binders.Maintenance, here's a list of everything performed in the last 2 years (1,225 miles):-Step colder iridium spark plugs installed-Throttle pedal adjusted(last owner never had quite 100% open throttle)-RLS Small rearview mirror installed-Brakes bled with Motul RBF600-New brake pads installed(CL RC5+)-BOE forged wheel stud kit installed-New CDL installed(Center Door Locking controller)-CG lock installed(Holds seat belt in place)-LETSLA short shifter installed and adjusted(using higher quality fittings)-BOE catch can installed-New Wiper Blade installed(Bosch 24" Icon)-Cleaned the MAF several times-RC440 Injectors have been professionally cleaned and mapped(there was an 8% variance in flow before cleaning, nearly none after)-ITG air filter, along with a velocity stack added to airbox(Fantastic noise!)-Transmission fluid flushed with Redline synthetic-Changed the oil twice using Rotella T6, basically flushed it due to the next item-Car had a very slight oil leak that I first found to be the fitting for oil pressure, turned out to be the oil pan wasn't properly sealed. I ceramic coated the midsection after removing the small amount of surface corrosion, it was then wrapped with Morimoto heat-wrap.
