If you just crashed your Lexus LS 400, you just may be in luck!!! This 1997 Lexus LS 400 rode smoother than any of our cars - transmissionjust went out - The rest of the car is very sharp: The paint is very good, sois the tan interior (just a couple of minor blemishes). Nakamichi premium sound system (About $1,000) and almost new Cross-drilled, slotted rotorswith newer ceramic brake pads, premium chrome wheels with good tires. Other defects: Motor was replaced and runs well, but leaks some oil…cruise control does not work, couple minor dings (not bad for a 17-year-old vehicle), and left taillight lens is cracked/broken. Great car if you totaled your LS 400 and have a solid drivetrain, or if youjust want to buy it to save money on parts now and in the future. You canget a transmission on ebay for about $600 if you want to do the work yourselfand end up with a pretty sharp vehicle for a very modest price! I need the room in the driveway, just bought replacement car.
