Up for Auction I have a 1980 Ford Pinto. These cars make great little race cars. All the hard work on this one has been done.
First let me repeat from the heading, THIS CAR DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE. I will sell it with a bill of sale only. I do not know if it can be titled. Maybe as a rebuilder, but I make no guarantees.
I obtained this car from a shop that closed. The car has new paint in bright orange. It is still in excellent condition. The interior is in very good condition.
This was originally a V-6 car. It has recieved a transplant with a fresh 302 V-8 and a side load 4 speed transmission. It also has an aluminum radiator installed to handle the extra heat.
The bumpers are donated from a 1967 Camaro. It has a fuel cell installed in the rear as shown in pictures. The car has new springs.
It is missing the driveshaft, shifter, and tie rod. What you see is what you get. There are no other parts that come with the car. Glass is all good.
I have set what I consider a very reasonable reserve on this car.
I will ignore emails asking what the reserve is. Bid what you want to pay. I may sell to high bidder. I will tell you this, the reserve is way lower that the sum of the parts in this car. Car was outside for about a week between moving from the shop to my garage. It is being stored indoors out of the elements.
