Rare opportunity to own what some called "the fastest egg on wheels!" The Nissan NX2000 was imported from Japan for three years in the early 90's, and shared a chassis and engine with the better know Sentra SE-R of the era. The NX2000 is light, tossable, and incredibly reliable. This example was a California car most of its life till I found it and brought it to the Northwest, where it has been driven mostly on weekends the past two years.Mechanically in great shape - no 5th gear popout, with the beautiful sound of a well maintained SR20DE (a legendary high-revving engine). Comfortable to drive and FEELS way faster than it really is (sounds strange but you can enjoy driving with the T-tops out down a twisty road without breaking the law!) Do a quick google search about the NX2000 and I dare you to find a bad review! I've averaged 28 mpg in my NX around town, but have seen high 30's on the highway. This car has A/C, but hand crank windows, and no power locks - less weight, and nothing to go wrong! This NX needs nothing to resume duty as a daily driver, or with a little love could be a real show stopper. 100% stock except for having replaced the old cassette player with a CD player and (4) new speakers (includes AUX input for your iPod or MP3 player). Includes the shades that cover the T-tops (so that you can block out some of the heat in summer if desired). Clean Washington state title. Come on out to Bellingham WA (90 minutes from Seattle, or 45 minutes from Vancouver BC) to pick up this beauty and drive back to your home down the coast or through the Rockies - what a trip!
