This wagon has been a restoration project for the last 2 years. The body is very solid with little or no rust apparent on the rockers or door edges. The doors close with a resounding "thunk" The engine has undergone a recent complete valve job and now has hardened exhaust seats. The engine starts easily runs smothly and holds aprox. 17 in. of vacuum at high idle. Oil pressure 40 psi when warmed up, higher of course when cold. The transmission is factory set up for a 2nd gear start and the shift from 2nd to 3rd is slow. (I'm told an easy fix to the governor valve, accessable without transmission removal.) The car has functioning Power Steering and Power Brakes and was factory delivered with air conditioning and AM radio The radio works and a new speaker and antenna have been installed. The Air cond. compressor and evaporator will be included with the car but will require re-building. The condenser is still in front of the radiator. The radiator core has recently been replaced and the engine temp holds at 185 deg. Tires have decent tread and all of the glass is in good condition. The window controls all function properly. All gauges work properly, a digital Tachometer has been professionally installed in the "Clock Delete" bezel in the center between the gauge cluster and the speedometer. The heater control levers,valve, and plenum have been removed and restored. The car was delivered with the factory roof rack which has been removed in advance of painting. Standard Datona Wheel Covers are included The photo's show a stripped car, ready for paint. All of the removed parts including the rare original roof rack,will be included with the car. Front and rear lamps have new bezels and lenses, the rear lamps have been cleaned and the sockets re-vamped. The magnetic brake lamps shown will be included so the car will be road safe until the actual rear lamps are re-installed. I'm not able to complete the project due to health concerns, must let it go.
