This was my father's car. His little hot rod I guess. I remember him buying it for himself right after I got out of college. After decades of family cars, i think it was his "mid-life crisis". He'd drive it the couple miles to the hospital where he worked, but mostly it sat in the garage where he'd baby it. Oh, except for when he'd head onto the Interstate and open it up. He seemed to get speeding tickets whenever he'd go out. Eventually we got him not to drive it so fast. He died earlier this year, and none of us kids feel right keeping it, driving it. But we wanted to find a home for The Porsche, someone who "gets it".
