This Auction is for a very RARE CAR: The 1982 Chevrolet Citation X-11 . Read more about it's history at General Motors and how it was developed specifically for SCCA racing at Wikipedia: in 1982 only 3,864 X-11's were produced. Condition: 82 X-11 dark grey metallic, 66K original miles, interior is in superb condition, everything on the car is in great shape, but the roof has faded paint and some tiny surface rust. the doors have rust by the weep hole at the bottom of the door, but this can be fixed easily by a decent paint/body guy.the only problem: the previous owner's son took the car for a joy ride and blew the bottom end on the engine, and it would need to be rebuilt. I got a quote from a local shop, $650 for the motor rebuild, and $800 for the labor to swap it out, so you have an idea how much it would cost to get it on the road. this is a great car to restore because of the low miles on the body over all and the interior. I also have the complete maintenance history on this car from the previous owner.
