stupsautocenter8052 Store Here for sale is a VERY NICE running 1994 Pontiac Trans Am with a 350 LT1 V8 and Automatic Transmission, 4 wheel disk brakes, and posi traction rear This Trans Am has a clean title, has 122,000 original miles, has full leather interior, all power options, cold AC The interior is in good condition, it has the Grey Leather interior, optional for this model, this has the base exterior, no ram air, and large rear spoiler Both power windows do work, it may need a new door light switch, the radio stay on until you open the passenger door, car has the option to have the radio on briefly when you shut the car off, the radio is supposed to turn off when you exit the car That function is controlled by the interior light switch in the front door pillar, very easy repair Rear leather, back rest, part of the seat has either torn, or came apart, and someone just simply put a couple pieces of grey leather over this area, looks weird but works Car runs and drives like it should, starts with no smoke, transmission shift perfectly, no hard shifts or searching for gears, this was the first year for the 4L60E electronic transmission This car is equipped with the famed, powerful 350 LT1 engine, 275–285 bhp Speedometer is showing 122K, original non modified miles The automatic transmission shifts flawlessly thru all the gears, goes right into gear, and reverse, just as it should, trans fluid is clean, not dark or burnt This is a used car and may or may not need some minor repairs, it does not need to go thru State Inspection in most States due to it's age, in Maryland it can be registered Historic, or Street Rod, which ever you prefer Car runs and drives great, no over heating issues, no oil leaks, stops well, has 4 newer matching tires, brake pads all the way around are in good condition Car has had a new AC compressor installed, as well as a new power steering pump within the last month, done here at our shop After the car is finished on the Auction, a 250.00 mandatory security deposit, non-refundable, is required at the Auction end, full payment is accepted thru Pay Pal only, and must be paid in full 5 days after Auction Ends This car must be picked up in person by the eBay buyer, you can not have it picked up by a friend, a transport company, this car will run, and can be driven off our property, with proper Tags and Insurance, proof will be requested We are not responsible for transport of this car, the buyer, YOU, are responsible for getting it to where you want it, the car can sit at our facility for a maximum of 3 days after paper work is established The buyer, YOU, MUST be here at our facility in PERSON to sign the proper paper work for Title registration, Temporary tag, and to verify proof of insurance, NO EXCEPTIONS, unless you are a licensed Car Dealer, and have a current Dealer Tag We will not do any transactions VIA Mail, Overnight, UPS, payment VIA Pay Pal, or CASH in hand, after deposit, when car is being picked up We do offer LOCAL delivery if you the buyer choose not to drive the car, we charge 87.00 hook up, and 4 dollars a mile, within a 100 mile round trip, tri state region, Maryland, Virginia, Washington ONLY, on a roll back carrier You can hire your own transport company, but again, YOU the buyer must be here in person in Frederick Maryland during final paperwork signing and transfer Car cannot leave our property without a proper Maryland Temp tag and proof of current Insurance, for the vehicle being purchased You cannot bring a tag from another vehicle and slap it on the Trans Am, simply no going to happen We are a state registered Used Car Dealer in the State of Maryland, there is a dealer processing fee of 200.00, tax, and title fees as well, this is just how Maryland operates If you are out of State, or in state, you will still be issued a Temporary Maryland Tag, the new title will be sent to the address of your request, at which time you can register the car in the Proper State in which you want This Trans Am is turn key, under 21 year old drivers must bring a parent or relative, and will pay a cash deposit of 300.00, refundable, before this car can be test driven, it is a fast car and will get away from you if your not a experienced driver Adult, 21 years or older, proof of a valid drivers license, proof of current insurance on a motor vehicle must be shown before a test drive can be done, this car is not for the faint of heart, it does throw you back in the seat The car can be viewed in person at our location, address given per request, in Frederick Maryland, 21704, right off I-70, Route 15/340 interchange, and I270 corridor, we are within 3-4 miles of each Thanks for looking Check out my other items!
