Consumer Reports review: "The Accord is an excellent used-car choice. The four-cylinder engine is smoother than many V6s, and the V6 engine is quick and quiet. The Accord is quiet overall, though some road noise creeps in. A 2003 redesign improved handling and gave it a more compliant ride. A telescoping steering column facilitates an ideal driving position. If you buy a pre-2003 model, get an EX with the standard ABS. The Hybrid model arrived in 2005 and got 25 mpg overall in our tests, but was dropped after 2007. 2008 brought a redesign with a larger body and roomier interior. Ride and handling are very good, and the four-cylinder engine is smooth, powerful, and economical. The V6 is very quick, but gets just 21 mpg overall."
