I drive this 34 all over Vegas and it has no issues at all. Runs cool at 175* even when its over 100* outside. Runs on regular gas 87oct but I like to run 100oct in it. High nickle 350 bored 60 over, high compression 10.5:1 Keith Black pistons with 76cc domes, the heads are 2.02 1.60 stainless valves, valve springs good to 550 lift, screw in studs and guide plates, titanium retainers, chromo 5/16 push rods, comp cam 305h hydraulic, double roller timing chain from comp cams, it has a cast 1010 Crank and the rods are shot peened with ARP hardware, the oil pump is a melling high volume, the mains are ARP as well, custom built headers, mechanical fuel pump, polished water pump, billet Lokar trans dip stick, dual polished Holley 650cfm carbs, polished Ofenhauser tunnel ram, dual polished velocity stacks, polished oil pan, custom made valve covers. The trans is a built turbo 350 that shifts perfect and never misses a beat. Ford 9" rear end with drum brakes freshly built no issues at all, The front axle is a 30 Model A, The front Grill is a Model A stuffed with the biggest 3 row Aluminum Radiator I could find and it has a 2400CFM fan that blows hard and keeps everything cool. Nothing gets hot. Coolant hoses all new. Original 1930s glass oil can for a coolant overflow tank. Coolant temp gauge is always 175*. Vega steering box with custom built 3/4 twisted metal steering rods. Chrome SoCal steering dampner, headlights, taillights and brake lights work. Custom built boxed in heavy duty frame. The front and rear has a custom Cantilever airbag set up that raises the car 5" off the ground for plenty of clearance and it lays the entire frame on the ground. The rear is 4 linked. This is currently the lowest Rat Rod in Las Vegas! You can raise the front and rear of the car separate so there are two switches, it has the ability to go front, back side to side but I never hooked up the side to side solenoids. The air tank is built into the frame and the air lines run through the frame too. Lots of original wood still in the interior and the side windows still work after 80 years. New diamond stitched leather seat cushions and seat backings. Brand new white wall Bridgestone tires with new tubes. The fuel tank is a old original WWII bomb that we made into a fuel tank, its pretty trick. The body has been chopped, channeled and sectioned. Lots of work into the body alone, hundreds of hours into this car. Pinstripes by Magoo, over 15 hours of pin striping. Ed Roth Ratfink hand painted by Magoo. Mr Magoo is a very close friend to the Roth family, this is a original and rare piece hand painted on my car. Some pictures of the body are oiled and some pics of the body are not oiled, that's why some pictures the car looks darker then in other pics. I personally like the body dark and oiled. I do have a couple different types of velocity stacks and a blower style scoop ill throw in since they all look good on the car. Original 1934 plate comes with the car and I have a original Chicago Igniters car club plaque ($400 value) which I will include. Brand new Alternator, Brand new Optima Battery, All new bulbs and lights. I cant think of much more but I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot! This car was just featured 7/29/14 on the TV show "Counting Cars" on History channels "Hogs Wild" Episode with the main star of the show and car guru expert "The Count" Danny saying "This is one of the baddest Rat Rods I have ever seen".
