Up for auction is a 1973 Rare 2sp automatic. I purchase the car for a project for my teenage daughter but she now wants a newer style bug. The car starts up first try and seems to run strong but does have an oil leak. The gear selector is difficult to get into gear. Not sure what the problem is? It will shift into gear with some force. The car drives straight and stops. breaks are a little soft, I'm sure it will need some new pads and cylinders. The body is in good shape with very little rust. Floor pans are solid. Their is a little rust by battery, easy fix. Local pickup only. Will ship if you set up the shipping process. Payment by paypal
