It bears repeating that this V 12 is quiet and smoothness WITHOUT equal!!! Starts dependably! Accelerates briskly, effortlessly. Does NOT smoke or consume oil! Fanatically maintained! Fantastic tour car! Cylinder Heads are cast iron. Packards 1939 new 'Handi shift' (column shift) is smooth and light control. Arizona tested cooling system has new stainless steel water pump shaft, system sealed so well...it holds a vacuum! Factory power assist brakes! Recent tires! Original interior consists of original wool carpet in front, Alpaca carpet in Rear with original Alpaca lined foot rests! Packards ' marbled' steering wheel, Dash wood grain are all original and EXCELLENT! Door panels with genuine wood trims and wool headlining are original too. Seat surfaces in recent wool broadcloth to match. Original pull down silk shade in stylish,club sedan, oval rear window. Packard Issue Alpaca lap robe accessory included.
