Up for sale is my 1971 Toyota Crown MS65. The Crown was Toyota's flagship vehicle, and is still produced to this day in Japan. The Crown eventually became the Cressida in America, and then Lexus was started in honor of the Crown and Cressida. In 1971, the crown was in the same price range as that of a Mercedes, Cadillac, etc. There were VERY few Crowns imported to all of North America, and this vehicle is very highly sought after. This crown is one of the nicest condition left hand drive Crowns in existence, and has won numerous awards at various car shows throughout the country. The crown was mainly used in America by ambassadors, the Yakuza, and other very wealthy and influential individuals. The Crown is equipped with a 3-speed toyoglide transmission and the original I6 4M engine, both are very strong. This Crown has an impeccable paint job that was done in 2010 and cost over $3,500 alone, as well as an Ed Nardi steering wheel. Almost everything is original except for the steering wheel and rims, however, I do have the original steering wheel, which I will include with the Ed Nardi. Everything works, including the clock, automatic electronic trunk release, radio, and all other features, also the car has zero rust. This Crown would be the ultimate collector car for any true collector, or anyone wanting to enter show's.
