An Elderly woman was the sole owner of this 1983 Mercedes Benz 300 TD which she maintained in a meticulous fashion. It is being sold with no reserve price in order to settle the estate. It is a no rust vehicle that has been kept in a climate controlled garage. The exterior is practically untouched except for a couple of door dings and the original champagne metallic paint is gorgeous. No accidents or paintwork are evident. All seams and gaps are perfect. The trim is all intact and in good condition, including the chrome bumpers. The undercarriage looks great from all angles (included in pictures). The interior is in just as good, if not better shape than the ext. The carpets have never been replaced, all of them are original, including the original mats and both are in exceptionally good condition. No cracks, rips or defects appear on the beautiful Henna leather. The front seats are firm, supportive and comfortable. The dash, visors and wood console are all in fantastic shape with no signs of eroding or cracking anytime soon. All accessories work, including locks, center vents, windows and cruise. The sunroof does not open, probably from non-use. Cold original R12 A/C, that has not been converted to R134a. It has the original spare and is road worthy to drive anywhere. There is an extremely descriptive complete maintenance logbook chronicle of every tank of fuel that the car has gone through and every service that has ever been done along with four sets of keys. The tires have 95% tread. It starts immediately, has great power and shifts smooth, timely and properly. The suspension is controlled and supple.
