Beautiful 1956 Thunderbird. Older restoration of the exterior, mechanics, and engine compartment. Interior looks to be very nice original. I would estimate the restoration at possibly around ten years ago. Carpet and mats are new. Very nice porthole top with storage cart. Powerful 312 v8, automatic, with power brakes, steering, seats and windows. Runs and stops great. Transmission shifs perfectly. Tight, no ratling or loosness in the steering or chassis Aftermarket custom fit AM,FM stereo radio. Rare buckskin tan with fiesta red. I have some extra parts that go with the car. An excellant steering wheel of the correct color, a new trunk mat and some other misc. small parts. This is a southern, totaly rust free car. Exterior chrome has all been replaced or redone and is excellant. Glass is all perfect. Clock not working. Have an extra one. I don't think it ever had a soft top. The only issue you can make with the car is that it has picked up a few small scratches in the paint since it was redone that need to be touched up. This car sold at the January 2012, Mecum auto auction in Kissimmee Fl. for $33,500.00. The ad is still accessable on thier site. I'm willing to take considerably less. Alabama and some of the surounding states were non title states before 1975. I can furnish a notorized bill of sale and tag receipt (registration) which most title states accept to reissue a title.
