NICE CLEAN 1962 VOLKSWAGON BEETLESold New In Santa Barbara CaliforniaThis car has always been garaged and well maintained since leaving the dealership in 1962It spent most all of it's life in Southern California till July 2001 I drove it home from California to Des Moines, Iowa 1820 miles with no hiccups'.THERE ARE APPROX 90 PICS in HI DEFYou Will See Illusions and Reflections from the Bright Sun of things that are not there.PLEASE YOU HAVE TO PAGE DOWN TO BOTTOM TO CENTER SCROLL BAR and THEN SCROLL PAGE UP TO TOP AN EBAY ISSUE! It has never had an accident or rust anywhere.It was repainted over 13 yrs ago with urethane base/clear with no body repairIt is in very nice original condition as to the drive train and dash and body.The interior seats, headliner, door panels, and carpet have been replaced to original materials. All the rubber parts around doors and windows have been replaced.The rear bumper was rechromed with show chrome because old chrome was dulling from age.Motor runs strong and does not burn oil or smoke.Has original 6 volt electrical system and all the original factory spot welds are in tackThis beetle is one of the most original unmolested I have ever seen.5 new Kooker classic tire In the pictures you will see new grab handles and other parts.I have some more extra parts that go with car that are not in the picturesGlass headlamps are nice with the trimTrunk liner is the original from factoryAll the engine compartment is originalCALL OR EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS515-491-3075
