This Classic 380SL has been owned for many years by a local Mercedes Club enthusiast who is reluctantly parting with it after years of maintaining and showing the car while keeping it it excellent driver condition. It has always been a dry rust free southwest car, garaged here in oklahoma city and it shows. The paint, interior and top are all in great condtion. The soft top has also been recently replaced with a quality OE style cloth top. The paint is in great shape with only a few small blemishes, very nice considering the age of the car. There are no rust bubbles, large scatches or large dents, just normal small chips and light wear. The interior is in great shape with only light wear on what appears to be the original interior. No rips, tears etc. Recently the wheels have been refinished, shod with new tires and center caps and they look great. Mechanically, it is also in great shape. It runs, drives and stops just like it should. Much work has been done to redo and upgrade the A/C system resulting in one of the coldest interiors I have ever seen in an SL. It will freeze you out! It of course has both tops, hardtop/softop as well as the original tool kit and first aid kit. It has all the original books and records as well. While not perfect, you would be hard pressed to find such a nice car in this price range that has been thoroughly maintained on a monthly basis. Most of these cars tend to be stored and needing at least a thorough service, and usually lots of work from damage while sitting. Terms: Must be paid for within 5 days.
