I bought this car as a project for my son who is turning 16 this coming December. I bought it with an engine problem, I had the engine rebuilt and had it running but found out it also have a transmission problem. Forward gears has no problems, even the tiptronic but when you shift to reverse, it needs to be revved up a little to engage the reverse, then it's ok. I had the transmission flushed at DFW AUDI but still have the same problem. There's a class action on this CVT transmission extending the warranty to 10 years or 100k miles but I just passed it. New PCV valves, new front brake pads, new IMRS motor/intake manifold flap motor, good exterior and interior, leather interior with no rips/cracks, homelink, auto headlight, 18" sports wheels with good tires, In-dash CD changer/ cassette. no warning lights on the dash.
