24 yr AA Aircraft Mechanics car...The car has been my favorite project. Always garaged. I've owned the car for over 14 years. Too many upgrades. I spent over $8000 recently getting it ready for car shows but now my Wife has me selling it to buy us an SUV...(against my wishes).I have it near perfect and if you come to see it you will like it , once you drive it, you will want it. It Had a rebuilt title when I bought it. It's super fast and very comfortable. Fantastic work and parts.Whats wrong with it is - The Gloss Black paint work is excellent great condition except for the rt rear quarter needs polish or touch up. Not noticeable in the photos. Rear bumper could use a respray also not noticeable in the photos due to some small cracks in the paint and some paint touch ups. I was planning to finish it until I decided to sell.Thats it for this car. Has brand new tan saddle interior just spent $1250 in April - it now has a 2004 motor installed which was purchased with 35,000 original miles ( 10,000 miles on engine since install.) A 4.6 liter SOHC PI motor received a full service and Around $1000 in parts (engine seals, gaskets, all new plug wires, E3 platinum plugs, sensors, $400 race water pump. Compression tests, leak checks. Then installed like new. 2004 Mustang GT low mileage Motor We professionally upgraded to the following Original 35000 miles confirmed on engine. (Still Under warranty until jan 2015.)The PI Motor was placed on the engine stand and received a Full make over with all new seals, gaskets and cleaned and everything painted Gloss Black.My original 5 speed manual Tranny was inspected, drained, (serviced every 30,000 Miles) Perfect transmission.) fully serviced and then added Ford Racing Hi performance clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearings replaced.All new Air conditioning compressor hoses, filter dryer and fittings. Super cold air.Exhaust work from BBK shorty tuned headers, pro chamber X Pipe, into hi-flow flow-masters with chrome tips (by arrow muffler of Miami).Installed a new 4 core all aluminum race radiator, silicone hoses and 2 pusher back up fans. 04 fan upgraded.Suspension upgraded, recently replaced ball joints, tie rod ends,poly energy bushings.Perfect steering and alignment.New Eibach Pro Kit (with new springs, bushings installed track pack Sway bars) New springs, Shocks, isolators all bushings checked and replaced. 4 cross drilled slotted rotors and EBC brakes, stainless steel braided brake lines. Has New clutch cable (ford racing, aluminum quadrant and firewall adjuster.halo headlights Custom Cobra hood and fresh paint.Custom Grill,$1000 upgraded convertible sail cloth material new headliner.New Bosch lifetime warranty 160Amp alternator New 2004 dash conversion to accept large screen Alpine Navigation system, DVD touch screen, blue tooth audio, iPod, 10 inch alpine sub with alpine sub amp.Alpine EQ spectrum analyzer ADS 4 channel Amplifier, MB Quartz separates all the way around. Original Cobra R wheels from an original 1995 Cobra R. Eibach lowering kit dropped 1.5 inches rear and 2.0 in front, Steeda caster camber plates.Tokico front and KYB rear shocks matched to the springs, eibach sway bars. New coil springs poly dampers 4 new calipers with stainless steel brake lines, cross drilled slotted rotors and upgraded EBC hi temp brake pads.New rear end upgrades with 373 gears by gaw racing New BBK adjustable clutch cable with adjustable firewall feature and Steeda aluminum clutch cable quadrant. Pro 5.0 Shifter new ford mustang 2004 gt Shifter knob. upgraded MSD ignitions.Upgraded pro polished intake plenium and 1/2 riser/spacer. Roush 70mm throttle-body 255 lph fuel pump, new silicon hoses and fuel filter, Cold air kit.hyper tech reprogramming. New battery and new bosch alternator.Alpine am/fm sat radio ipod and navigation, dvd touch screen installed with alpines surround sound processor spectrum analyzer Equalizer subwoofer controller and 2 amps. Alpine sub amp installed. Alpine 10 inch subwoofer in trunk. Custom enclosure.$1000 convertible top just installed last year with Cobra cloth material deep black. Back up camera. Black out tail light kit.custom cut chrome grill insert, The car has about 367 HP the last time it was tested. Starts up as soon as the key is turned.Idles perfect.Drives very strong and runs cool. Doesn't burn oil.Daily driver.Handles extremely well and brakes perfect. Clutch is smooth and shifts smooth. Everything works normal no check engine lights on. I have owned and driven the car daily to and from work. since 2000. I upgrade this car constantly to keep it interesting. it is a very solid car and very reliable. Most every part upgrade was purchased from American Muscle Late model restoration Maint Records included. Don't let the rebuilt title make you nervous. This car was rebuilt over 14 years ago. I wouldn't had invested money into unless it was a good solid car to do it. It's been in the family for a long time. I wish I could keep it but it would just sit after I buy the new Explorer Sport.
