Over $30,000 invested in this beauty. This car has been used in movie and television productions on numerous occasions. It has only been driven 100 miles on re-built engine, new clutch, brakes, transmission, carbureator, muffler, generator, starter, water pump, fuel pump, wiring harness, gas tank. All work was done by 80-year old British car expert at a cost of $8,000. Also just done: - new black cloth top and new custom black tonneau cloth cover with enlarged zippers - newly rebuilt side windows with new plexiglass for $2,000 Car is fitted with 1275 cc Spridget engine, 4-speed synchromesh rib case transmission. Front disc brakes installed. ID number: AN5L33468 Engine number: 12V/5872/L11900 This is a California car, very clean. I am a private owner with title in my name and many years of records, manuals, repair books. Body is very nice with its original metal bonnet (front hood). There is a small chip on rear driver’s fender- please see photos. There is also a gas stain on paint near gas cap. Everywhere this car goes, it gets smiles. If you have been thinking about getting a sports car, this is probably a great opportunity for you. It’s a beautiful color and it’s very rare to have chrome wire wheels on a Bugeye.
