1962 Triumph Bonneville

Matching numbers 62 Bonnivelle. Matching belly numbers. Cases have not been split and engine turns very nice. Cylinder has a crack at one head bolt hole. Looks to be 30 over. The head is correct 62 with nice fins and no external damage. One combustion chamber is marked up. There is a plug instert on one side. The other is good. No valves or springs. Rocker boxes are complete. Frame has no damage and all lugs are there and in excelent condition. The side stand lug has been brazed. A center stand is included it has a small crack that was veed out and needs to be welded. New mounting bolts and spring plate are included. Spring is missing.Gas tank is dent free and has been dipped. No coating inside tank. Its is very clean inside and out. New badges, screws, knee pads, mounting plates, and trim strips included.The screw holes should be cleaned and but appear in good. Parcel grid and gas cap also included.Oil tank, battery box and cover, rear fender,chain guard and fork legs are all excelent dent and rust free. These parts came from a low milage wrecked bike in storage for many years.The wire harness is also from the same and in nice condition. The front fender is new with new and used braces. The mount holes have not been drilled. A extra front backing plate is included as the one one the bike is scratched. The rear backing plate should be replaced. Wheels are original in decent condition. Tires old. Shocks should be replaced. New fork tubes and rubbers. Very nice headlight ears appear to be nos and not aftermarket. Headlight in good contition the ring is scratched. New amp gauge no spedo, tach or cables. Gauge mount bracket included, no bolts. Tripple clamps and dampner good. Handle bars appear straight, correct 1". Tail light is Lucas original in good condition. License plate bracket has extra holes under plate and is straight. Seat has original cover in good condition but stiff. Very nice underside. Battery straps and many other misc parts will be included. New gas tank strap and rubber, tank mount rubbers and strap hardware included. Nice K2fc magneto that came with this motor has been cleaned and reassembled but not ready to run. Used pickups, brass breaker blate and good magnitism. Good original tag. Rotor and stator will be boxed seperate. extra mount ring, one is broken with the pieces. Inner and outer primary have repairs but restorable. Timing cover on the motor is the one that came with it. I will include a tach drive cover if it reaches 6 thousand dollars. Drive gear is there but no drive nut. Transmission has a hair line crack at top mount and shift lever spline is damaged. Lever and kicker included. Most nuts and bolts are correct but some are missing and incorrect. Carbs are in good condition and appear complete, 376/286 376/287. One damaged velocity stack. Please note the repair work done to the inner and outer primary cases didnot show up in the pictures.
