This 1951 Chevrolet is a nice solid car. The previous owner had a vision to make this car a lowered cruiser. There area new parts iun the trunk and back seat that were to be used for that purpose. This car starts and runs and is ready to be used on the road. the tires are in very good condition The car starts and runs just fine , the powerglide transmission works as it should. The exhaust system is in very good condition and has a new muffler. The fuel tank is new. The boat is quite straight and rust free and all the stainless trim is intact and looks to be in great shape. The interior , seats, headliner and door panels are in nice condition. This would be a very good car to use as is and improve it as you see fit. These Fleetline Deluxe four door cars had a great aerodynamic look to them. This car is quite clean and solid and shows well, it was well care for by the former owner. I am adding pictures of the undercarriage, door sills, floors and trunk floor and also pictures of the spare parts that are included in the sale. The underside of this car is quite clean and solid. floors are solid as are the door jams and hinge areas. This car starts well and idles just fine, the car shows no sign if burning oil.The brake have been serviced and the emergency brakes work. The gauges n the car are exceptionally clean, all gauges work correctly, however the radio did not fire up. The previous owner, (deceased) had plans to lower the car so the lowering block kits for the rear are included, also included are new lower spindles for lowering the front suspension along with rebuild kits for the balance of the front suspension. There is alsochrome trim that was "shaved " from the car, bumper parts and even a model car kit of a two door fleetline. The title for the car is a clear New York State title .
