Needs transmission work.It drives in reverse and 1st gear.The overdrive system has shut down.Ford gave me an estimate of $1200. To repair.Unfortunately I am not able to afford this. I bought this escape a little over a year ago, I have put 12000 miles on it.The tires are 1 year old.The body has no rust and no major damage, it just has a few scratches on the hood and rear bumper.The aluminum rims are in good shape.
